The Sunday Brunch at the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez is back from Sunday 17 March.

Beloved by Tropezians, the brunch at the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez is being reinvented this season with the arrival of chef Pierre-Alain Garnier. In addition to the essentials of a late breakfast – organic eggs, fine delicatessen from Italy, smoked Scottish salmon and blinis – are also offered delicious recipes evolving all along the season. Cooked in front of you, sautéed octopus, monkfish in lobster sauce or Sisteron lamb compete with each other in terms of delicacy. Sweet lovers will appreciate a hot waffle and its mascarpone chantilly, a coconut flan or one of the delicacies from the pastry buffet. As to beverages, the brunch is vitaminized with fruits pressed on demand by centrifuge. For little ones, homemade nuggets, breaded fish and French fries are served at their height for their greatest pleasure. A must in the heart of Saint-Tropez to be enjoyed with friends or family.

Every Sunday from 12pm to 3.30pm at the “Toits Lounge” on the hotel’s rooftop.
